How to optimize the visibility of your plotter cut lines on peel boards

Method 1: Use an L.E.D flashlight to light up the cut. Usually it will turn the line bright white. Method 2: Spray foaming window cleaner can also increase the visibility of the cut lines. Method 3: Set up a vertical cutting station on a peel board rather than cutting horizontally, and having lights set up above the board. This can be done by screwing your peel board onto a wall, and then installing wide L.E.D lights directly above. You can tweak the shades of the light to optimize the direction in which it shines. Method 4: You can also frost the film before cutting. This will make any light bounce off the plotter lines differently and make them easier to see.
