Returns
How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of the product, packaging, & shipping; we can not offer returns or refunds for:
- Film or tools that have been used
- Incorrectly ordered items
- Items not still in their original packaging
The reasons for these policies are as follows.
Products can be damaged during return shipping.
The packaging is only expected to protect the product during the initial shipping.
Carriers can damage the product when the product is shipped multiple times, rendering it unusable.
At our discretion, we charge a 20% to 35% restocking fee & return freight fee.
