How to get a clean cut with crystalline tint using a plotter

Method 1: First of all, consider whether or not you really need to use crystalline. It is inherently more difficult to get a clean cut with this tint because of its material composition. Method 2: Make sure the plotter’s blade is still up to par. If white residue gathers up on the blade when it cuts, then it needs to be changed. Method 3: Check the depth of the blade, as it may need to be adjusted inward or outward. Do test cuts to determine if you’ve adjusted it properly. Method 4: Also check the angle of the blade. It needs to be at 90 degrees. Method 5: If the blade is new but it’s still causing bad cuts, it may need to be cleaned. You can clean them with alcohol and a microfiber towel.
