What is the best way to tint the back glass on a Dodge Charger?

Answer 1: Try to move with the grain of the window rather than against it.    Answer 2: Use a clay bar during your prep stage. When you’re done, turn on the vehicle’s defroster before beginning your installation. The installation process itself should be fairly standard, but you might want to press a little harder with your squeegee than normal.    Answer 3: All Dodge vehicles tend to react badly to steel wool, so that’s something to keep in mind. You should also avoid the back-blading technique and sandpaper. This is due to the mopar glass being a little bit softer than normal. Using steel wool and the other methods mentioned above may scratch the glass, although the marks are admittedly quite faint and difficult to notice. Remember, the back glass is not cheap to replace if it becomes scratched or broken.    Answer 4: You can still get away with using steel wool, but only if you scrub in a circular motion. Follow up with a scrubby pad to remove all levels of contamination and squeegee repeatedly. This should prevent peanuts.    Answer 5: Sanding with 2000 grit sandpaper seems to do the trick, but make sure you follow up with a clay bar for best results.    Answer 6: #0000 steel wool seems to be safe, as long as you follow up with a scrub pad and clay bar. Remember to keep the defroster running while you prep the glass.
