I’m having trouble with my VQ Plotter. After sliding the head to one side, I’m noticing that my side cutting is cutting while the actual blade itself is not. I’ve reset the machine and recalibrated the blade, but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?

Answer A.) When you slide it all the way to the side like that, it engages the slitter. Sometimes, the slitter can get stuck as a result. Take the cover off and see what’s causing the slitter to become stuck.
