How to remove the front door panels on a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen

Method: There should be two torques, one behind the door handle and one in the middle of the door panel. The underside of the door has a plastic bolt that needs to be twisted off. The rest of the fasteners are just push tabs. You don’t always need to pull the whole panel to tint these doors. You can tint with the panels on by just pulling on the top portion a little bit to expose the sweep and then pulling the sweep out. You have to pull and then roll the seal towards you to get the whole thing to pop out.
