How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of the product, packaging, & shipping; we can not offer returns or refunds for:
- Film or tools that have been used
- Incorrectly ordered items
- Items not still in their original packaging
The reasons for these policies are as follows.
- Products can be damaged during return shipping.
- The packaging is only expected to protect the product during the initial shipping.
- Carriers can damage the product when the product is shipped multiple times, rendering it unusable.
At our discretion, we charge a 20% to 35% restocking fee & return freight fee.
