Orders must be placed before 3 pm to ship out the same day (Custom orders and 50ft rolls are not guaranteed to go out the same day and may sometimes take up to 3 days to ship out). Please understand that your order may be delayed by circumstances outside of our control. Order in advance and stock up so that you don’t run out of film.
No deliveries on Saturday and Sunday.
Freight shipping service: UPS & Fed Ex
95% of orders are delivered in 2-3 business days. Order on Monday(before 3 pm), receive it by Wednesday or Thursday.
International Shipping
We are no longer offering international shipping. We recommend you ship to a freight forwarder to forward your packages.
Refund & Returns
Due to the nature of the product packaging & shipping; we can not offer returns for a few reasons:
- The product can be damaged in return shipping to make the product worthless.
- Carriers can damage the films when the product is shipped multiple times.
- Impossible to determine if the film has been used & impossible to tell how much without causing damage to the product.
