What should you do if the lamination is failing on windows?
Answer 1: Replace the glass. Lamination failure between the panes cannot be addressed any other way. Answer 2: The lamination may be failing slowly. If this is the case, it may be safe to tint the surface, but understand that the lamination will eventually fail completely and the window will need to be replaced. Answer 3: Lamination will likely fail at a faster rate once the window has been tinted. This is something you may wish to tell your client. Answer 4: Film will not improve the appearance of the window, so replacing the glass may be the better option here. Answer 5: If you wish to avoid delamination occurring at a faster rate, consider tinting the window on the inside rather than the outside surface.
