We collaborated closely with the engineering team to develop a cost-effective film that doesn’t compromise on quality. This new series is crafted using premium polyester and adhesives, ensuring reliable performance. Weather testing data is available to back up the performance you can trust at a reasonable price.
Ceramic Stealth is manufactured using state-of-the-art coating and laminating technology. The PET base film is ultra-clear with minimal haze for enhanced visibility. We use high-quality acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive for strong, long-lasting bonding.
Instead of dye, we incorporate advanced nano materials to ensure long-term color stability with zero fading. These nanoparticles, each smaller than 50 nanometers, provide superior heat rejection and optical clarity without compromising appearance.
Accelerated weather testing data:
In a QUV accelerated weathering test, under continuous exposure to light with a spectral wavelength range of 300–800 nm and an intensity of 1 kW/m² for 600 hours, the color difference remains minimal (ΔEab ≤ 2), demonstrating excellent color stability with no visible fading.
Ultimately, the true measure of a film’s durability is how it performs over time in real-world environments. As this is a newly engineered product, we are offering a tentative 5-year warranty. However, based on the advanced technology used in its development, we strongly believe this film will perform exceptionally well for over 10 years with minimal signs of degradation.
