How to avoid specks on tint jobs.
Method 1: There is an endless amount of little things you can do to avoid particles landing on the glass before the film goes over the top. Mobile peel boards help minimize specks because you always have a clean, flat, easy surface to peel from. This minimizes the chance of the film coming into contact with things that will contaminate its surface. Method 2: Wiping things off only takes a second and can also go a long way. You can try wiping down seals, panels, windows, or anything that can catch or throw dirt around. Method 3: Wear a short-sleeved shirt. Long sleeves can catch dust and lint and float from the fabric to the film. Method 4: Always make sure your filters and water tanks are clean of any dust, sediment, or other particles. The slip solution has to be immaculate. Method 5: Blade off the water with a squeegee and use low mist. Try “blasting” off contaminates with your water to the non-visible edges
