What should you do if your shoulder injuries are preventing you from working?

Answer 1: Chronic houlder injuries are quite common in the window tinting industry, especially if you’ve been doing it for multiple decades. The best thing you can do is hire people and step back to take more of a management position.    Answer 2: Cut down the number of cars you tint per day. It may not be ideal, but at least you can continue paying the bills and protect your shoulders. You can also consider raising your prices if you are a veteran tinter and you know what you’re doing. Basically, you need to be more selective in what kind of work you accept.    Answer 3: You may be able to get shoulder surgery. However, you will not be able to work for many months after your surgery is complete, so create a plan that involves other people working in your place. You can still work during the period after your surgery, but you’ll pretty much just be answering the phone.   Answer 4: You may need to try out various types of stretches and physical therapy. You’d be surprised what a couple of minutes’ worth of stretching between each job can do.     Answer 5: Sometimes, a little bit of time off works like a charm. Take a vacation for a few months and your shoulder issues might have a chance to heal properly.    Answer 6: Strengthening the shoulder can also be quite effective. Try lifting some weights.
