I’m having trouble with sliding door windows on a Toyota Sienna. Any tips?

Answer A.) First, pop the panel back slightly. Then, go in and pull the seal.    Answer B.) After you’ve popped the panel back, wedge the corners. Afterwards, you can actually sit in the car and bottom load for a clean install.    Answer C.) There’s a small screw at the latch. Take it out, and roll down the window. You’ll see a pushpin that you can take out. This should make it easier to pop the top of the panel out and pull the seal so you can access the window more easily.
