How to save money in an auto tinting shop.

Method 1: Some say using a plotter is a good way to consistently save money on labor by allowing the machine to do the work for you. Finding a high-value film to use can also save a lot of cash in the long term. Some tinters find ways to be efficient with their use of film. For example, you can buy 60-inch rolls and have them cut at 24 inches and 36 inches before delivery, and then use the 36-inch pieces for all your windscreens, and the 24-inch pieces for side windows. By doing this, you should be able to get 10 to 12 cars for every 60-inch roll you buy. Alternatively, you can take 40-inch rolls and 36-inch rolls just use one or the other depending on the car you’re tinting.
